Try closing and reopening FocusWing. If the issue persists, email us with your device type (iPhone, Android) and what you were trying to do.
Questions about billing?
Parent subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). For refund requests or billing issues, contact us and we'll help sort it out.

Need help with share codes?
Teens generate share codes in the app under Settings. Codes expire after 7 days for privacy. If a code isn't working, ask your teen to generate a new one.
